Robert Priddy (a caustic critic and defamer of Sathya Sai Baba and others) submitted an Anti-Baba article on digg.com that said (in part):

“Sathya Sai Baba’s ‘channelers’ and mediums – & Shivaratri fraud: Entertaining as a fair sample of the quite populous ‘lunatic fringe’ that is always prominent in the ashrams and no less throughout the Sai movement.”

Needless to say, Robert Priddy miserably failed to discuss the “entertaining” “lunatic fringe” that has always been prominent among Ex-Devotees. Robert Priddy himself was a “lunatic fringe” believer in Sathya Sai Baba for 17 – 26 years (even hailing the guru as God incarnate!) and professed belief in elementals, elves, fairies and leprechauns (discussed later in this article).

Robert Priddy cherry-picks his one-way and self-serving criticisms (bewailing the so-called faults, gullibility and mental deficiencies of Sai Devotees), all the while suppressing and ignoring these same faults, gullibility and mental deficiencies prevalent among Ex-Devotees of Sathya Sai Baba.

Conny Larsson’s “trance medium” claims were even published in a national Swedish newspaper (Norrland Social Democrat aka Norrlandska Socialdemokraten) under the title Medium drog full hus – Medium draws full house (which documented a couple of trance channeling demonstrations by Conny Larsson).

Robert Priddy and Kevin R. D. Shepherd attempted to defend Conny Larsson and ending up eating their words when Gerald Joe Moreno published his scathing responses entitled “Kevin Shepherd & Psychic Medium Conny Larsson” and “Conny Larsson Admits To Psychic Fraud”.

Conny Larsson claims he is a Psychic Healer and Spirit-Medium who uses crystal pendulums to diagnose disorders, blockages and ills in other’s auras (Ref). Conny Larsson also sells himself as a Meditation Guru, Spirituality & Yoga Master, Bhajan Leader, Mantra Guru, Vedic Master, etc.. Conny Larsson is the founder of vedicmasterclass.org and heartandsoulexpo.com, which solicits the services of numerous psychics, mediums, channelers and New Age healers (many who have gurus and alleged “angel” contacts).

Even more disturbing is the fact that Conny Larsson self-disclosed his psychiatric diagnosis (made by a psychiatrist) of him being “psychoinfantile”, which is also known as Histrionic Personality Disorder.

Apparently, if you hear voices in your head, channel Vyasa, perform trance healings, converse with dead people, channel the spirits of dead animals, hold negative views about Sathya Sai Baba, perform séances and have been officially diagnosed with a psychiatric personality disorder, give Ex-Devotees a call because you might be their next credible reference against Sathya Sai Baba.

Alan Kazlev claimed that Ramana Maharshi is his “sadguru” and that Sri Aurobindo and Mother Mirra are his “gurus”. Furthermore, Alan Kazlev ranted about his past lives on his website, claiming past life associations with Ancient Rome, Atlantis and Ancient Greece. Alan Kazlev claimed he lived past lives as a Polish Kabbalist, a German Soldier and a 19th Century English gentleman-scholar, philosopher theologian and naturalist raised as a British Israelite. Alan Kazlev stated he reincarnates two to three times a century and was “exiled” to Earth (apparently from another planet) to help in the spiritual transformation of the entire Earth (Reference).

It has since come to light that Alan Kazlev is a grungy guy who loves to drool over images of a “pornographic kind” (using Robert Priddy’s moral standards) and wrote two cyberpunk articles replete with filthy speech and sexually explicit material. See:

Anthony Tony O’Clery also claims he is a trance-medium who hears, sees and speaks to the dead, enters demon-trances and thinks everyone in his family is psychic (Refs: 01 – 02 – 03).

Kyra Kitts (an Ex-Devotee of Sathya Sai Baba residing in San Luis Obispo) had her own website (“kyrakitts.net”, which is no longer online) for close to five years in which she solicited herself as a psychic, clairvoyant and spiritual healer who could perform in-person and long-distance healings. She claimed to have been “overtly psychic since approximately age eleven”. Kyra Kitts claimed that H. H. Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche began appearing to her in inner visions and spoke to her in Tibetan. She also claimed that Sathya Sai Baba appeared to her in a semi-awake/semi-asleep vision that radically changed her life. When she visited Sai Baba in India, she was tormented with “bizarre sexual thoughts”, even in Baba’s presence. Kyra Kitts claimed that while walking by the meditation bench behind the mandir, she psychically perceived Sathya Sai Baba “in his room masturbating, looking out his window, and laughing at the crowd”. Kyra Kitts said that Sathya Sai Baba looked like a “Fijian gorilla” and referred to the guru as “Sai Bob, sex cowboy”. Kyra Kitts has/had numerous, chronic, physical ailments that affected her mentally (admittedly) for many years. Kyra Kitts is a believer in gurus, psychic powers, ESP, siddhis, telepathy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, channeling, precognition, etc. Kyra Kitts is married to Christopher ‘Chris’ Kitts and complained on the Narcissistic Personality Disorder Yahoo Group about Chris’ domineering mother! Kyra Kitts served as the main contact for the “Bodhi Path” Buddha Center in San Luis Obispo. Kyra Kitts also used the internet pseudonym “mireille108” and claimed that Ammachi is her “core Guru”.

Barry Pittard (a caustic critic and defamer of Sathya Sai Baba and others) said he believes (even after his defection from the Sai Movement) that Sathya Sai Baba possesses genuine paranormal powers! As a matter of fact, Barry Pittard said:

“I can tell you that I and others have witnessed hundreds – and ones of the most profoundly beautiful sort – both mediated in his own person and in places far from him but in their style connected with him. My own view is this: that they are happening on a tremendously wide scale; that they cannot all be explained away as faked; that they are phenomena not at present rationally understood…From November 1975, I began to experience many profound and beautiful phenomena. Wherever I travelled in the world, they manifested far away from, yet were often clearly related to, his physical presence on the planet…I have had thousands of experiences that transcend scientific or intellectual explanation…I have many times experienced supranormal phenomena related to him, which there is no explaining away…Their sheer magnitude round the globe is bound to attract history’s final verdict that they are real, and do happen. Barry Pittard was also a promoter of various Nadi Sastras, which are prophetic readings obtained from palm leafs, finger-prints or astrological data in India. Barry Pittard even claimed he sent out 2,000 emails to various people, attempting to obtain information to support and promote his obvious obsession with “Nadi Sastras”.

Barry Pittard formerly attempted to pass himself off as a spiritual healer for many years but now lives on a disability pension in Australia (apparently, unable to heal himself). The reason for Pittard’s disability pension is a fanatically guarded secret. Gerald Moreno received a highly credible email that claimed Barry Pittard saw a psychologist on the Sunshine Coast and Pittard’s disability pension may actually be due to psychiatric reasons.

Currently, Barry Pittard claims that various Anti-Baba lyrics and songs are “manifesting” through him!

Sanjay Dadlani has openly declared his belief that Lord Krishna held aloft an entire mountain on his pinky finger for seven days and seven nights without rest, going to the bathroom or sleep. Sanjay Dadlani also believes that Lord Krishna literally manifested 16,000 separate human bodies and married 16,000 women and copulated with each one of them, generating numerous offspring. Sanjay also gets down on his hands and knees and worships stone deities as God Incarnate (Refs: 01 – 02 – 03).

Sanjay Dadlani argues for the integrity of the Srimad Bhagavatam as a reliable historical record for the life and lilas of Bhagavan Sri Krishna. This website advocates for the belief in Ascended Magi & Ascended Elders and even claimed that the Ascended Solist Masters will rise from the dead after the year 2005 (as of 2010, no one has raised from the dead yet).

The Society Of Light website also promotes beliefs in UFO’s, aliens, psychic prophecy, predictions, chakras, auras, prophets, harmonizers, guardians, seers, unifiers, telekinesis, reincarnation, rebirth, astral planes, astral beings, psychic attacks, channeling, trans-mediumship, discarnates, avatars, crop circles, demons, telepathy, levitation, teleportation, ascended masters (the list goes on and on). Although Timothy Conway can often be seen attempting to present himself as a rational and logical voice against Sathya Sai Baba, he is a true believer and promoter of Gurus [3], Mystics [3], Enlightened Masters [3], psychics [1] [2] [4], levitation [5], bi-location [5], miracles [5], remote-viewing [4], elementals, meditation [2] [6], paranormal powers [5], aliens [4] [10], rebirth [1] [7], reincarnation [1] [7], karma [8], oracles [2], I-Ching [2], sensitives [1] [2], channelers [1] [2], astrology [2], astrologists [2], palm-reading [2], non-duality [9], etc. (the list goes on and on).

For example, if you are looking for an answer to a difficult problem, Timothy Conway PhD suggested the following solutions:

Robert Priddy believes that Sathya Sai Baba possesses genuine paranormal powers because the Guru cured him of a debilitating and chronic neck and spinal problem that no one else could cure and whose symptoms no doctor could alleviate. Robert Priddy claimed that Sathya Sai Baba cured him through a series of “dream-operations” that resulted in a literal and physical transformation of his spine, which was supported by x-rays and the testimony of Mr. Kylie (“an osteopath and master of various other disciplines”).

Robert Priddy also claimed that Sathya Sai Baba freed his mother from chronic pain and that a small speck of Sathya Sai Baba’s vibuthi instantaneously cured his paralyzed cat when it suffered from what appeared to be a stroke.

Robert Priddy tries to make the case that Sathya Sai Baba:

• Is both a fraud and genuine.
• Both can materialize objects and fakes materializations.
• Both can cure diseases but really can’t cure diseases.

Trying to pass himself off as an intellectual who currently holds rationalistic beliefs, Robert Priddy miserably fails to explain away the enigma of Sathya Sai Baba. Instead, Robert Priddy appears very confused, conflicted and non-intelligent and ends up sticking his foot further into his mouth with his never-ending and very amusing equivocations.

In Priddy’s “Sathya Sai Baba’s ‘channelers’ and mediums – & Shivaratri fraud” article, he talked about an unsourced story about an unnamed Japanese man who made unusual claims about a ring that Baba gave to him. Funny enough, when Priddy was a brainwashed devotee of Sathya Sai Baba (although he vehemently denied being brainwashed in his book “Source Of The Dream” while a Sai Devotee), he similarly attributed paranormal phenomena to the “green stone” ring that Baba gave to him. About his green stone ring, Priddy said:

“As with other such rings, silhouettes of Sai Baba can be seen in it, sometimes with great clarity, his attitude varying much and very subtly with the lighting conditions. Shading it with a hand even often gives the appearance of the orange robe below the black hair, all set in a translucent green light! At times various types of crosses appear in it and also lotuses and Shivalingams.” (Source of the Dream, “Marching Happy”, page 140)

If the Japanese man belongs to the “lunatic fringe” for making paranormal claims about his Baba ring, then Robert Priddy belongs to the same “lunatic fringe” because he made paranormal claims about his Baba ring as well.

Now, Robert Favour works with trance mediums, psychic channelers and spiritual healers for “entity releasement”.
